Just saw a link on my sister's blog for this website, which brought to my attention some very disturbing news...
From the website:
"There are 0 people in the U.S. with the last name Bousfield."
I'll notify my husband, 3 children, mother & father-in-law, and other Bousfield relatives of their non-existance.
p.s. Just found this quote on the website, which makes me feel better about myself...

At least you have a unique name, Shannon. I'm a bit jealous because I went from the 4th most common last name to the 10th and there are 14 people with my same name. Oh well, at least it's not spelled phonetically, eh? Just remember "not to take it personally" and celebrate your unique name.
